AI Will Do is built by Viktal Sàrl, a Luxembourg company founded in 2017. We are not trying to sell a generic chatbot and disappear after installation. The work is built around product thinking, business processes and practical systems that a team can actually use every day.

2. Are you a software platform, an agency, or an AI consultant?

A bit of all three, but with one clear goal: to build a working communication system for your business. We can provide the AI assistant, shared inbox, content tools and website structure, but we also help shape the knowledge base, rules and workflows behind them.

3. Will you understand my business before suggesting a solution?

Yes. We do not start with “let’s add AI everywhere”. We first look at what clients ask, where messages come from, which information is repeated, and where your team loses time.
